This EXPERIMENTAL COLLECTION is the result of know-how, curiosity, tinkering and hundreds of different experiments, many of them unconventional and groundbreaking, some unusual and controversial.

We are using different ingredients, recipes, types of wood and toast, exploring unique characteristics of each cask and having fun in the process.

On occasion, an experimental product is bottled and made available to a selected few as a unique SINGLE EDITION.
