Gin Strawberry Smash

Ingredients

2-3 Strawberries
60ml VENAKKI Gin
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup

Steps

Muddle the strawberries in a shaker.
Add the rest ingredients into the shaker tin, and top with ice.
Shake it until condensation appears outside of the shaker.
Strain and fine-strain the mixture.
Serve in an old fashion or rock glass with ice.
Garnish with a strawberry slice.
