Method: Shake and fine strain
Ingredients:
  • 40ml Moonshine Apple Pie
  • 20ml VENAKKI Vodka
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
Steps:
  1. Place enough ice cubes into a Martini glass, set it aside to chill.
  2. Throw all ingredients into a shaker tin, top with ice.
  3. Shake it until condensation appears outside of the shaker.
  4. Throw away the ice from the Martini glass, strain, and fine strain the mixture into glass.
  5. Garnished with an Apple leaf/lemon zest.

Method: Shake and strain
Ingredients:
  • 1.5tbsp Yogurt (any flavor you like)
  • 20ml Fruit Puree
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 60ml VENAKKI Vodka
Steps:
  1. Place all ingredients into a shaker tin, top with ice.
  2. Shake it until condensation appears outside of the shaker.
  3. Place enough ice cubes into a Rock glass, and strain the mixture into the glass.
  4. Garnished with a lemon wheel.

Method: Shake and double strain.
Ingredients:
  • 6-8 Basil Leaves
  • 60ml VENAKKI Gin
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
Steps:
  1. Throw all ingredients into a shaker tin, top with ice.
  2. Shake it until condensation appears outside of the shaker.
  3. Strain and fine strain the mixture.
  4. Serve in an old fashion or rock glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with a basil leave.

Method: Shake, strain, and float
Ingredients:
  • 60ml Moonshine Whiskey
  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 180ml Fresh Orange Juice
Steps:
  1. Throw all ingredients into a big shaker tin, top with ice (except the orange juice).
  2. Shake it until condensation appears outside of the shaker.
  3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass and top it with ice.
  4. Gently poor the orange juice over the ice into the glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest.

Method: Reverse dry shake, and strain.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml Moonshine Original
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • Bitter (optional)
Steps:
  1. Throw all ingredients into a shaker tin, top with ice.
  2. Shake it until condensation appears outside of the shaker.
  3. Strain and fine strain the mixture into the small shaker tin.
  4. Re-shake the mixture for another 5 seconds.
  5. Serve in an old fashion or rock glass with ice.
  6. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
